MyDrivr ("we," "our," or "us") operates mydrivr.app, a marketplace platform connecting travellers with local drivers. We are based in Canada and our data practices are governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). • Profile information: Full name, role (traveller or driver), and for drivers: country, city, vehicle type, license number, service radius, and profile photo
• Trip details: Origin and destination locations, arrival and departure dates, and any notes you provide when posting or responding to trips
• Messages: Content of messages exchanged between travellers and drivers through our platform
• Location data: Location information you provide when searching for or specifying trip locations (e.g., via Google Maps integration)
• Payment information: If you provide payment details for transactions, we may collect and store information necessary to process payments (note: currently payments are made directly between users)

2. Why We Collect Your Information

We use your information to:

• Match travellers with drivers who can fulfil their trip requests
• Process and manage trip bookings and offers
• Send you notifications about trip updates, new offers, and messages
• Verify driver credentials and maintain platform safety
• Improve our services and user experience

3. How We Store Your Information

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL database) and hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal information. Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy.

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• Vercel: Application hosting
• Resend: Transactional email delivery
• Google Maps: Location search and autocomplete
